It's a great experience with watch pilot the customer service and their response time and resolution is great whre as the product didn't get delivered to me in the first place when i said the same thing the team helped me getting a new one in 2 days and that's what made me feel astonishing about them

Got the watch within the time frame promised. Battery was flat but paid for a new battery on the day.

Fabulous service from Watchpilot, fantastic watch and they did everything they could to get it to me as quickly as possible despite all the problems with the post office strikes and Christmas post. Can't believe some of the negative reviews this company is getting, don't people realise that the companies can't control the delivery agents? Will definitely buy from them again, gorgeous watches.

I have bought several watches from Watchpilot this year and am delighted with both the quality and the standard of service. All companies are experiencing delivery issues right now but Watchpilot have found alternative companies to deliver, kept me informed and I am looking forward to everyone opening their lovely new watches on Christmas Day.

Hi I bought an Armani watch litreally 2 years ago and it’s fallen on a carpeted floor and broke in to several pieces including the frame. I can’t believe a £150 watch does this?

How do I take this further as I would accept if it broke from a cracked screen possibly but to break in to several pieces is a ridiculous and especially the frame of the watch. I have emailed and facebook messaged watch pilot but they are not responding. I have sent pictures and purchase confirmation.

I received an email to say the watch had been dispatched on Friday 25th (when Royal Mail were on strike- so not sure how they managed that)) checked the tracking both Monday and Tuesday (non strike days) and shows that the company are still yet to even give it to Royal Mail.

Communication is shocking. Sent two emails, no response to any of them.

Had to open a PayPal case . Avoid

The delivery is very slow. at-least company show tell customer true time for delivery. While i ordered my watch it said that as per standard delivery the order will be delivered within 2 working days and it should have been delivered on Tuesday. I had a flight on Friday and and got this watch for someone as gift but is not delivered before my flight. Very disappointed by the service
